What should I expect from my first visit with Shor Chiropractic?

Your Phone Consultation:
It all begins with a conversation. This consultation is to get a good idea of what health issues you are facing, if and how we can help you, and how we will proceed. Based on the nature of your condition, you will fill out paperwork prior to your appointment so we can get to know you a little better. You may need to fill out further paperwork at your first appointment based on what is discussed and determined. Although tedious, this paperwork is very important so please fill it out to the best of your ability! 

During
Nervous System Examination:
If your condition warrants it, we will perform a spinal examination at your home/work. This may include posture, range of motion, palpation, orthopedic and neurological testing. If we determine x-rays are needed before treatment, we will refer you out to a facility. We will perform your 1st specific chiropractic adjustment after the exam if x-rays are not warranted. 

After
Report of Findings:
This is where we will discuss your current condition, what may be causing or contributing to this condition, and explain exactly how we can help you. This appointment will include care plan recommendations and options, treatment duration, frequency, cost, and payment options. We will recommend any needed supplements or nutrition that we feel will be beneficial to your care and give you the best possible outcome.
